• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of work-related experience in consumer goods.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across the business.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of market and key accounts, driving NSV, DGP, market share and KPI attainment.
• Direct distributor management to align with monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Lead business planning, category and brand plans, POS, promotions and new item introductions ensuring brand standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers across national, regional and independent accounts.
