Job summary

Enthuse Marketing, an education-led marketing agency, seeks an On-Premise Activation Specialist in the Boston area to execute activations for a premium spirits portfolio. This field-based role uses local connections and social influence to build consumer advocacy and drive trial.

Reporting to the Field Activation Manager, you will work independently in the field, maintaining clear communication, disciplined execution, and timely reporting on activation status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel.
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality or events.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Tailor activation delivery to account, occasion, and community.
• Coordinate logistics, staffing, and on-site needs with Field Activation Manager.
• Build bartender and trade engagement through authentic, relevant experiences.
• Observe and report activation outcomes and market trends.
