Enthuse Marketing, an education-led marketing agency, is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute local brand activations in a designated territory. This field-based role leverages local networks, on-premise experience, and social influence to build advocacy and drive consumer demand.

The position requires travel within the assigned market, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years in beverage/alcohol, hospitality, or events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of beverage alcohol, hospitality or events experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, and events in assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming aligned with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate activation logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site needs.
• Engage consumers and trade to build awareness and demand.
• Provide activation feedback and field insights to improve programs.
