Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute brand activations in a designated market within the United States. The role leverages local relationships and on-premise experience to build consumer demand and trade advocacy while reporting insights to leadership.

You will work independently in the field, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliant activations, and delivering authentic experiences that align with client programs and Budgets.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• 3+ years in beverage alcohol, hospitality or events.
• Strong understanding of on-premise channel (bars, restaurants, nightlife).
• Experience evaluating trade programming and activations.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ability to tailor communications for on-premise environments.
• Flexible hours; travel including nights/weekends may be required.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, and events within assigned accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate logistics, staffing, and on-site needs with partners.
• Maintain high standard of execution and consumer experience.
• Recruit community members and trade for activations.
• Build bartender and trade engagement with authentic experiences.
• Report activation status and insights to leadership.
