Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is hiring an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant brand activations for a premium spirits portfolio. This field-based role uses local relationships and on-premise experience to build consumer demand and advocacy while reporting insights to leadership.

Must be within 30-minute commuting distance of the market and be willing to travel; 21+; strong communications, organization, and social engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel throughout.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 3+ years of beverage alcohol, hospitality, or events experience.
• Strong understanding of the on-premise channel.
• Experience evaluating trade programming and activations.
• Ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
• Ability to tailor communications for on-premise environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Desire for mentorship and team contribution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Manage administrative tasks with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within assigned accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Tailor activation delivery to account, occasion, and sub-channel.
• Coordinate activation logistics, staffing, and on-site needs.
• Maintain a high standard of execution and consumer experience.
• Build relationships with account contacts, distributors, and client teams.
• Support social activity and drive attendance for activations.
• Observe consumer behaviors and report insights to improve programs.
