Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to drive authentic brand experiences in local markets for beer and spirits. This field-based role leverages local relationships and social influence to build advocacy, trial, and demand while ensuring compliant, high-quality execution.

You will report to the Field Activation Manager and work largely in the field, coordinating activations, logistics, and reporting. Some travel and weekend/evening hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel.
• Must have valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and background check.
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality or events.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Tailor activation delivery to the account and community.
• Coordinate activation logistics with Field Activation Manager and partners.
• Maintain high standard of execution and consumer experience.
• Build relationships with on-premise contacts, distributors, and agency partners.
• Support social media activity and content capture for reporting.
