You'll develop leadership and people-management skills while learning event execution, staffing coordination, and client relationships in a dynamic corporate hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, conference services, or corporate dining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering orders across multiple floors and spaces.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of platters, beverages, and meals.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Lead event setup, room resets, and service support.
• Direct catering attendants and service teams daily.
• Assist with staffing and event coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary, conference services, and operations teams.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Handle last-minute changes with a calm approach.
• Build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Support inventory, supply management, and readiness.
