You will oversee sales, event communications, staff scheduling, delivery, setup, and invoicing for daily events, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in hospitality with 2 years in catering management, strong leadership, and expertise in budgeting, menu development, and staff training.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hospitality experience, including 2 years in catering management.
• Proven track record leading high-volume catering operations and events.
• Supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching skills.
• Ability to assess client requirements and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Food Service Director and Executive Chef on menu proposals.
• Ensure timely communication of upcoming business to management.
• Coordinate messaging with service staff and data entry in the system.
• Coordinate room set-ups with conference services and special requests.
• Hire, train, and schedule catering staff; develop associates in service techniques.
• Support menu development and marketing related to catering.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
