Restaurant Associates in New York City seeks a Sr. Catering Manager to lead high-volume catering for a premier client account. You will oversee sales and event communications, staff scheduling and training, and ensure on-time delivery, setup, cleanup, and invoicing for daily events.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned catering manager with a track record of flawless event execution, exceptional client service, and operational excellence in fine dining settings.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years in hospitality, including 2 years in catering management
• Supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching experience
• Ability to manage budgets, financial targets and forecasts
• Experience writing menu proposals with chefs
• Strong client relations and vendor management
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Food Service Director and Executive Chef on accurate client proposals
• Coordinate communications and scheduling for events and staff
• Supervise and train catering associates and support staff
• Coordinate room setups and special requests with conference services
• Develop menus and support marketing for the catering department
• Perform special projects as needed
