Restaurant Associates is seeking a Manager, On-Floor Catering to oversee daily execution of a high-volume catering operation within a premier financial services environment. You will coordinate delivery, setup, and presentation of catering orders to ensure an exceptional client experience.

This role provides leadership opportunities for someone aiming to advance in catering coordination, catering captain, or conference services, with daily orders of 80–100 catering orders across multiple spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or corporate dining environments.
• Experience as a Catering Coordinator, Catering Captain, Lead Attendant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering orders across multiple floors and spaces.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of food and beverages.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Lead event setup, room resets, service support, and breakdown activities.
• Provide day-to-day direction to catering attendants, captains, and service team members.
• Assist with staffing assignments and event coverage to meet service expectations.
• Partner with culinary, conference services, workplace experience, and operations teams.
• Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Address last-minute changes and operational challenges with a calm approach.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners.
• Support inventory organization, supply management, and operational readiness.
• Learn financial and operational components of the business.
