Qualifications

• Friendly and personable; comfortable greeting guests and starting conversations.
• Experience counting, handling and reconciling money accurately.
• Ability to quickly learn pari-mutuel equipment and site rules/regulations.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Good English communication, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and personal hygiene expected by supervisor.
• Obtain and maintain required work cards/licensing per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests on the gaming floor with an upbeat, attentive demeanor.
• Explain how terminals work, Winners Club benefits, and site amenities.
• Listen to guest concerns and attempt to resolve them.
• Accurately count and manage cash bank and transactions.
• Keep gaming area clean, stocked, and secure.
