Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a reliable individual to walk the OTB floor, greet guests, and provide friendly service on the Casper gaming floor. You will handle cash transactions accurately and protect company assets in accordance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, explaining terminal operations, and maintaining a clean, secure gaming area while adhering to Title 31 and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Friendly personality comfortable initiating greetings and conversations
• Previous proven experience accurately counting, handling, and keeping track of money
• Ability to quickly learn pari-mutuel equipment, and rules and regulations
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company and verify right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Walk the gaming area interacting with guests in a courteous manner
• Explain terminal operation, promotions, and site amenities
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints when possible
• Accurately count and manage cash bank and transactions
• Keep gaming area clean, stocked, and secure
• Troubleshoot minor terminal and player tracking issues
