Qualifications

• Ability to handle currency and basic math.
• Experience working professionally with other department personnel, co-workers and management.
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
• Pleasant personality, team-oriented, and enjoys working with and assisting people.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide responsive, courteous service at all times.
• Stay up to date with monthly marketing promotions.
• Count cash drawers and safes and ensure cash is accounted for before each shift.
• Follow the Line of Sight standard in all stores.
• Explain rewards program benefits to guests.
• Navigate and use the GMS system.
• Communicate machine maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance per uniform guidelines.
• Adhere to gaming laws, internal controls, and training.
• Arrive on time and clock in properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
