Prismhr Hire is seeking a Customer Service/Cashier on the gaming floor in Buffalo, WY to greet guests and deliver friendly, attentive service.

You will handle cash transactions accurately, explain terminal operations, and promote club benefits while maintaining compliance with gaming laws and internal controls. This role requires flexibility, long hours, and the ability to work calmly in busy environments.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable person able to start conversations.
• Experience counting and handling money accurately.
• Willingness to learn pari-mutuel equipment and rules/regulations.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate in English.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain work cards.
• Professional appearance and hygiene as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with them on the gaming floor.
• Explain how terminals operate and promote club benefits.
• Resolve guest concerns and help resolve issues where possible.
• Count and maintain cash bank and transactions accurately.
• Keep the gaming area clean and stocked; report hazards.
• Follow all gaming laws and internal controls.
