Prismhr Hire seeks a guest-focused floor associate to greet guests, explain terminal operations, and promote club benefits. You will handle cash, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a clean, secure gaming area while following regulations.

The role requires 21+ eligibility, gaming license, and ability to work long hours in a busy indoor environment. This position involves frequent interactions with guests and staff, some minor repairs, and adherence to all gaming laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable personality and communication skills.
• Experience handling cash and counting money accurately.
• Able to learn pari-mutuel equipment and game rules quickly.
• Basic computer literacy and self-check of transactions.
• Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards and gaming license as required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening.
• Work indoors; able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Long hours and variable shifts, including busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on the OTB floor and provide courteous service.
• Explain how terminals operate and promote club benefits.
• Listen to guest concerns and resolve where possible.
• Count and manage cash bank and transactions accurately.
• Keep gaming area clean, stocked, and secure.
• Troubleshoot minor terminal and system issues.
• Collaborate with staff and de-escalate conflicts professionally.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
• Maintain good relations with supervisors, staff, and regulators.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adapt to busy conditions.
