Job summary

307 RACING MANAGEMENT, LLC is seeking an OTB Floor Guest Service Associate to greet guests on the OTB floor and provide friendly service. You will answer questions, explain how terminals operate, and promote site amenities and Winners Club benefits.

The role requires accurate cash handling, basic computer skills, and the ability to work indoors for long hours. You must be at least 21, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and obtain a Gaming License as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly personality comfortable initiating greetings and conversations.
• Experience with basic tools.
• Proven cash handling experience.
• Ability to learn pari-mutuel equipment and rules.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Work indoors and physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and build rapport on the OTB floor.
• Explain how terminals work and promote Winners Club benefits.
• Resolve guest concerns when possible and courteously.
• Accurately count and handle cash transactions.
• Keep gaming area clean, stocked, and secure.
• Troubleshoot minor wagering terminal issues and player tracking system.
• Comply with gaming laws and internal controls and policies.
