Job summary

CLEAR is the secure identity company building safer, frictionless experiences. The Operations Manager at our Dallas airport station leads a team of Ambassadors, reports to the General Manager, and drives daily operations with a hands-on coaching style in security, service, and sales.

You’ll guide hiring, onboarding, and development while ensuring policy adherence and continuous learning. The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily station operations and coach Ambassadors on security, service and sales.
• Ensure adherence to CLEAR and TSA policies with high security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and development of Ambassadors.
• Coach, mentor and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Handle employee relations matters and investigations as needed.
• Analyze metrics and customer feedback to drive on-floor improvements.
• Build stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted station leader.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment.
