Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Manager for our Arby’s locations in Alaska. You will take responsibility for restaurant operations during your shift, provide 5-star customer service, and lead a team to perform duties accurately and on time.

You will mentor team members, support daily profitability goals, adhere to brand standards and health regulations, and act as Manager-in-Charge when needed. This role requires leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6–12 months restaurant leadership.
• Health Card as required by state/local rules.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, write in English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Able to pass SERVSAFE certification/course.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team; ensure duties are done on time.
• Train and develop staff for leadership roles.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge and enforce policies.
• Support profitability and communicate issues to leadership.
