Diversified Restaurant Group Alaska is seeking a Multi Restaurant Leader to oversee Arby’s operations in Alaska. This role focuses on mentoring teams, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving profitability across restaurants.

You will lead recruitment, training and development, uphold SERV Safe standards, and ensure compliance with DRG values and local regulations. A strong leader will foster a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Must read, speak and write English.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and develop a high-potential team.
• Drive world-class operations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
• Lead with open-door policy and liaise between upper management and staff.
• Provide ongoing training workshops and real-time feedback.
• Reinforce DRG culture and values, recognition, inclusivity, and a positive atmosphere.
• Enforce company policies, procedures and local regulations.
