About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and must actively engage by working shifts and responding to contact attempts. Attendance and active engagement are required, with a minimum of one shift every 4 to 6 months to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically
• Understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and digital tools to enhance guest experience
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions while maintaining safety standards
• Promote Target programs and services, including loyalty and fulfillment options
• Handle returns, de-escalate issues, and support guest needs with professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, support store operations, and ensure safety and compliance
