On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2267)

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2267) and enjoy a flexible work schedule. This role offers an initial hourly rate of $17.00 USD.

About On Demand

Work as much or as little as you like, with scheduling flexibility via our myTime app. Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact is required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Handle transactions, returns, and support various store services including order pick-up and drive-up.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies.
• Support cash operations and other duties as needed.
