All About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on shift availability and store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required, with some adjustments possible for personal circumstances. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Upon being offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. Afterward, shifts can be picked up through the app.

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and promoting store services and benefits. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with products and services, managing returns, and maintaining a clean work environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Basic Requirements:

• Handling cash register operations accurately
• Moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement in shift work via the myTime app every 4 weeks
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts
