About On-Demand Roles

Work as much or as little as you like. You can create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement and active participation are required to maintain employment. Attendance and shift participation are essential, with at least one shift every 4 to 5 months to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support store services like order pickup, drive-up, and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support cash operations and other duties as needed.
