ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a schedule that varies based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, responding to contact attempts, and maintaining regular attendance (at least once every 4 weeks, or within 5 months starting December 2024) is required. You will attend a Target orientation and training before starting shift pickups.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Committed to making shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.
