On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1190)

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate and enjoy a flexible work schedule. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, assisting with checkout, and supporting various store functions. The starting hourly rate is $16.75 USD.

Role Details

As an On-Demand team member, you can choose your shifts via our myTime app, with a minimum engagement of working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months from December 2024). You will attend a brief orientation and structured training to prepare for your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests
• Operate registers efficiently and accurately
• Assist with product knowledge and upselling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and returns

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods
