ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Effective December 2024, this period will be reduced to 5 months.

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term training schedule. Afterward, shifts can be picked up through the myTime app.

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.

Skills and experiences gained include:

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and greeting guests
• Understanding guest needs through body language and communication
• Using store tools, products, and services to assist guests
• Processing returns, assisting with order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures
