All About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement in picking up and working shifts are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 5 months from December 2024 or your employment will be terminated.

Upon employment, you will attend a Target orientation and complete a short-term training to prepare for your role. The myTime app is used for shift selection.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on creating a welcoming environment, exceeding guest expectations, and promoting store services and benefits. Your role involves engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and assisting with various store services including order pickup, drive-up, and returns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greet guests authentically, and understand their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and digital tools like Wallet and the Target App.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and handle transactions while maintaining safety standards.
• Support store operations, including maintaining a clean work area and supporting cash handling processes.
• Assist with store promotions, loyalty programs, and fulfillments.
