ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks is required, with a minimum of four hours per shift. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Participation involves attending a Target orientation, completing training, and using the myTime app to select shifts. Your communication and responsiveness are crucial to success in this role.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional service through guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting store services and benefits, including loyalty programs, digital tools, and store offerings.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with products and services, processing transactions, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting guest services like order pickup and drive-up.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates enjoy working in a lively environment, engaging with guests, and providing excellent service. Skills include effective communication, composure in fast-paced settings, attention to detail, and the ability to operate technology and work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

• Handling cash accurately and supporting cash office operations.
• Moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active engagement in shift pickup via the myTime app, responding to contacts, and working at least one shift every 5-6 months.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts.
