About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. Regular attendance and responding to contact attempts are essential; failure to work at least one shift every 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) may lead to termination.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your typical day will include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming environment
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
• Supporting store operations such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, are effective communicators, attentive to detail, and capable of multi-tasking. Experience with technology and a helpful attitude are a plus.

Physical and Schedule Requirements

Ability to lift up to 44 pounds, work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and remain mobile throughout shifts.
