About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, and responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance and active participation are necessary. You must work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), with a transition to a 5-month minimum working period effective December 2024. Failure to meet these requirements may result in employment termination.

Attendance and responsiveness are critical to success in this role. You will attend a Target orientation and structured training before starting, after which you can select shifts using the myTime app.

Service & Engagement

Advocates for guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest expectations through interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and solutions to drive guest loyalty. Focused on making shopping quick and easy at checkouts, guest services, gift registry, and pickup options.

• Assist guests with products, services, and store information
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions
• Minimize wait times while maintaining service quality
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-ups
• Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, compliance, and ethical standards
• Support cash operations and other duties as needed

Candidate Profile

We are looking for energetic, service-oriented individuals who enjoy interacting with guests, solving concerns, and working in a team environment. Skills in communication, focus, attention to detail, and technology operation are essential. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
