ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with shifts posted by leaders or team members via our myTime app. Your schedule varies based on store needs, and active engagement (picking up shifts, responding to contact) is required. Regular attendance involves working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum 4 hours), with a transition to every 5 months starting December 2024. Failure to meet these requirements may lead to termination.

Upon offer, attendance at a Target orientation and short-term training is mandatory. The myTime app is used for shift scheduling.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocate for guest experience by greeting, assisting, and exceeding expectations through knowledgeable service. Support digital and in-store services, helping guests with loyalty programs, app features, and fulfillment options.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service
• Greeting guests authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Using store tools and knowledge to resolve issues
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promoting store programs and services
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting order pickup, drive-up, and other guest services

Basic requirements:

• Handling cash and supporting cash office operations
• Moving merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds)
• Reliable attendance, active shift engagement every 4-5 months
• Ability to work in varying environments and temperatures
