About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required. Regular attendance and responsiveness are necessary to maintain employment. You will attend a Target orientation and training, then use the app to select shifts.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction, exceeding service expectations, and supporting various store services like order pickup, drive-up, and registry. Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, providing product and service information, processing transactions accurately, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting safety and compliance, and assisting with other duties as needed.
