You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a schedule that varies based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you won't be on a fixed weekly schedule but can create your own by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, and responding to contact attempts, is required.
Regular attendance and active participation are necessary. You must work at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment, with some flexibility for personal circumstances.
If offered a position, attendance at a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term training schedule are mandatory. Afterward, shifts can be chosen via the myTime app.
Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting store offerings and services. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with products and services, handling returns, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting various store functions.
Ideal candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, are team-oriented, and have effective communication skills. Basic skills include attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to operate technology devices.
Candidates should be able to handle cash transactions, lift merchandise up to 44 pounds, work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and remain mobile during shifts.
