Starting Hourly Rate: $15.75 USD per hour

About On Demand Roles

Work as much or as little as you like, with a schedule that varies based on store needs. You will pick up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required.

Attendance and responsiveness are essential. You must work at least one shift every 4-6 months to maintain employment.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on providing exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and supporting various store functions including returns, order pickups, and digital services.

• Assist guests with products, services, and digital tools
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support store operations and compliance

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
