ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you won't be on a fixed weekly schedule but can pick up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement and responsiveness to contact attempts are required. Failure to respond or work at least one shift every 4-6 months may lead to employment termination.

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term training schedule. The myTime app allows shift selection post-training.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on creating a welcoming environment, exceeding guest expectations, and promoting store services and programs, including loyalty and digital features.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent guest service and greeting guests authentically
• Observing guest needs and engaging accordingly
• Using knowledge of products and services to assist guests
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Supporting store cleanliness and safety protocols
• Assisting with order pickups, drive-up, and returns

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. Skills include positive interaction, multitasking, and operating store technology. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Additional Requirements

• Handling cash and supporting cash office operations
• Moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
• Reliable attendance and active shift participation
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and stay mobile during shifts
