About On Demand Work

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement and response to communication are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4 months (initially) or 5 months (from December 2024) to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Understand and promote store products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Operate registers efficiently, accurately, and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and cash handling.
• Follow safety policies and support a culture of ethical conduct.
