About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement through shift pickup and response to contact attempts is required to maintain employment.

Attendance and active participation are essential. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) or face administrative termination. You will attend a Target orientation and structured training before starting shift pickup.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Handle transactions, scan and bag items efficiently, and promote store services and programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support various store functions, and adhere to safety policies.
