About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4-6 months to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests
• Maintain knowledge of store products, services, and digital tools to enhance guest experience
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions while adhering to safety standards
• Support store operations, including order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and support safety policies

Qualifications and Skills
