About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required, and regular communication is expected. Failure to respond or work at least one shift every 4-6 months may lead to employment termination.

Role Responsibilities

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features to drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Making shopping quick and easy while ensuring exceptional quality.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests by understanding their needs through body language and communication.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and digital tools to resolve issues.
• Scan, bag, and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and store services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures.
