ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, and responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance is necessary; you must work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If unable to work once every 4 weeks, flexibility can be granted if you respond to contact attempts. You must work at least one shift within 6 months, or your employment will be terminated. Starting December 2024, this period will be 5 months.

Participation in a Target orientation and training is required. Afterward, shifts can be picked via the myTime app.

Guest Advocates focus on welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations through interaction and recovery. They are knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that promote guest loyalty, and they facilitate quick and easy shopping experiences.

Skills developed include:

• Adapting to different guest situations
• Promoting store benefits and services

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service
• Greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Assisting with products, services, and store information

• Assisting with order pickups, drive-up, and registry services
