About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4-6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests authentically.
• Utilize store tools, products, and services to resolve guest concerns and enhance their experience.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.
• Promote Target’s programs and services, including loyalty and fulfillment options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, support safety policies, and assist with store operations as needed.
