ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with schedules varying based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement in picking up and working shifts are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination. You will attend a Target orientation and training, after which you can select shifts that suit you.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT: As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on exceeding guest service expectations through interaction, problem solving, and promoting store services and benefits. Your day will include greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with products and services, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes guest experience
2. Greeting guests authentically and engaging with them to understand their needs
3. Using tools and product knowledge to assist guests and resolve issues
4. Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
5. Supporting store operations such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns
6. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Ideal candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, providing excellent service, and interacting with guests. Skills include effective communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and a helpful attitude. Ability to operate technology and work independently or as part of a team is essential.

Basic requirements include: cash handling, lifting up to 44 pounds, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and active participation in shift scheduling via the mobile app. Exposure to varying temperatures and the ability to remain mobile during shifts are also necessary.
