Role Overview

As an On-Demand Guest Advocate, you will not be scheduled regularly but can pick up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Your active engagement is essential, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). You will attend a brief orientation and training to prepare for your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and upselling store programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support various guest services such as order pickup, Drive Up, and registry.
• Promote store offerings and loyalty programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining focused and composed.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn about products and services.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally.
