Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting store offerings and loyalty programs. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with products and services, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting various guest services.

Qualifications

Additional Requirements

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Active engagement in shift work every 4-6 months to avoid administrative termination.
• Willingness to attend orientation and structured training.
