ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts, is required to maintain employment.

You must work at least one shift every 5 months (effective December 2024) to avoid termination, with a minimum of four hours per month. Attendance and active participation are critical.

If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete short-term training. Afterwards, you can use the myTime app to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, your focus is on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits. You will handle various responsibilities to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming environment
  • Understand guest needs through body language and communication
  • Promote and explain store services, loyalty programs, and digital features
  • Efficiently scan, bag, and handle transactions
  • Support order pick-up, Drive Up, and other guest services
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow safety policies and support cash operations as needed

  • Flexible schedule with reliable attendance
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments
