About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts is required to maintain employment. Regular attendance and response to contact attempts are essential, with minimum work requirements to avoid termination. You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and structured training. The myTime app is used for shift selection.

Service & Engagement

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction and recovery, knowledgeable about store capabilities, and committed to making shopping quick and easy. The role develops skills in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and promoting store services.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and greet guests authentically.
• Observe and assist guests based on body language and verbal cues.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and promote store benefits and services.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, including returns and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support store safety and compliance policies.

• Active engagement in shift work every 4-6 months to maintain employment.
