ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or team members via our myTime mobile app. We require active engagement in picking up and working shifts and responding to our contact attempts. Regular attendance and active participation are necessary to maintain employment, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Your communication and ability to work when needed are critical.
If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in structured training. Afterward, you can use the myTime app to select shifts.
ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who focus on greeting, assisting, and exceeding guest expectations through knowledgeable service and problem-solving. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and fulfillment areas.
Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge. Typical responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, operating scanners, processing returns, maintaining a clean work area, supporting order pickup and drive-up services, and following safety policies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Basic skills include effective communication, focus, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to operate technology devices. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable attendance, is required.
Additional requirements include handling cash accurately, lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds, and working in varying temperatures. You must actively engage in shift work every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) via the myTime app.
