ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement in working shifts are required, with specific minimum work frequency to maintain employment.

Upon being offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo structured training. The myTime app will be used to manage your shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, assisting with store services, and promoting loyalty programs. Your role involves greeting guests, understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assisting guests with product knowledge, returns, and store services.
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Supporting safety and compliance standards.
