All About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Your active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required, and we will contact you periodically to confirm your availability.

Regular attendance and responding to contact attempts are necessary. You must work at least one shift every 4-6 months to maintain employment, with specific policies effective December 2024.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting Target’s offerings to enhance guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
• Understand guest needs and assist accordingly
• Operate registers and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with store services like order pickup, drive-up, and gift registry
