All About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to maintain employment.

All About Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features to drive adoption and loyalty. Ensure quick, easy shopping experiences at checkouts, guest services, and fulfillment areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Promoting store services and loyalty programs
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting order pickup, Drive Up, and other guest services
